Kantharella
Cantharellus cibarius, edible chanterelle or otherwise known as Cantharella, is a very tasty mushroom. It is a widespread species that thrives in deciduous and coniferous forests in humid areas and in large groups, in spring and autumn. It is a common species of mushroom with a cap that has a wavy edge and is light yellow, yellow, or saffron in color. The flesh is yellowish-white with a characteristic fruity aroma, e.g., apricot, and a pleasant spicy taste.
